The Chief cook not only perfectly prepares well known and appreciated courses but also introduces his own exclusive courses into the menu.
He evidently approaches his profession with passion which you can see and taste on your plate.
During the whole day all courses included in the menu are prepared “on the run” and from the fresh ingredients.
